#Persona 3 Reload not launching when opened via Steam or Reloaded II

Persona 3 Reload isn't working. Trying to launch through Steam gives aninfinite loading screen. Trying to launch through Reloaded II attempted to load the mods and then opened the .exe which loaded a black screen and then crashed. I tried to mess around and redirect the path to the exe (though, I just sent it to the same exact path it was already on) and now it does not launch at all.

When attempting Lauch Application from within Reloaded II, I briefly see "[SYS] Id: ####" flicker in the console, though the number is always different.

A log is not being produced, seemingly since I redirected the exe. I will provide the last log that has been made regardless.

I should also add: Still does not work with all mods disabled.

Ok, it runs now, but still crashes.

When launching applicstion, I keep getting a full-screen black screen for 1-2 seconds, before the window closes.
