#Reloaded-II not initializing mods for P3R

Whenever I try to run P3R through reloaded, i get this message and none of my mods work.

I'm running the game off of the Xbox app

I've tried reinstalling Reloaded, moving around order of mod inits, and reinstalling all the different mods and essentials but nothing's worked

I've also been launching from the Xbox app iteslf
