so every time i try and download the rose and violet mod i get this error message is there a better way to download it because game banana wont let me either

You'll need to unpack it with since it's a .7z archive (with winrar, 7z, etc)
Then move the unpacked folder to Reloaded-II\Mods and you should see it in Reloaded
