how should i do it? do i just make iso out of the output of aemulus?

extract all files from the original iso, take the output files that aemulus merges, overwrite original iso files with merged ones from aemulus, then use ultraiso for remaking it as an iso

actually wait shit no aemulus does loose files

you might wanna run the output through mod compendium

mod compendium has no loose file merging so the output will be combined
