Mods not working

My downloaded mods arent working no matter which ones i try
The game doesnt even tell my of any errors i just start the game and the mods arent there

I saw on the server a familiar problem and he said it was solved after he turned off "don't inject loader" but i have it turned off and it still wont work :/

if you click on configure mod, are these off? (you have to choose one and turn them on for each character)
