Hello, I am trying to get the royal femaleaudio mod and Rose and violet to run together and I am having some issues. I am running crossover on a M1 Mac. The issue is when I have both of these mods enabled then the game instantly crashes. I have narrowed it down to if one of these mods are enabled I can get p5R to boot but if both are no luck. I have attached my mod order and options for rose and violet. Any help would be appreciated.

R&V and Royal Female Audio are both compatible since they don't edit the same files at all. Have you tried with just the Female Audio mod?
The other mods that edit audio are Kasumi as Protagonist and the voice patch. It could be an issue with those mods
