I just got all the mods I wanted for p4g and put them on reloaded, After getting all of them, i tried organizing them through the priority list and then after I was done I started the game and had this error. I am not sure if I didnt have something on or if my order was not right but i got this error message I will also provide my mod list too (If it means anything, I dont own the game but have it installed through steam family because my friend owns the game)
