meshes should always be parented to armatures when exporting to GMD
The orange little figure is an armature, it's basically the bones of the model and determines how it moves. the orange triangle is the mesh, so the actual form you see.if a mesh is just standing alone and parented to an armature, drag and drop it onto the armature while holding shift
also next time sending a full screenshot would help
It seems like you parented some meshes or all of them to another mesh - you need to parent every mesh to the armature

when i export it as GFS
try again, it shouldn't do that

no idea. what blender version are you using? i believe 4.2 is the last version compatible with the addon
