Reloaded II "Could not find file or assembly" error | Persona Modding | Page 1

Whenever I attempt to open Golden through Reloaded II, this error appears, it disappears when I only load in essentials.
For reference, I am using the tutorial for installing the P4G community enhancement pack (https://p4g.cep.one/). Please help.

apparently it was the result of another error

#

i was on 32 bit instead of 64 bit

so installing the correct version of CEP for the version of the game you're using / switching to 64-bit resolved it?
