Usually to access the models from any of the Persona Dancing games you’ll need to source a rip of the game, unpack it, and then use 3DS Max + a script to convert the models from the .GMD file source into something you can edit + use.

However, I have gone through and _manually converted each of the models from P3D, P4D & P5D to .FBX (and some .DAE) _

All of these converted files + all their corresponding textures have been zipped up and are ready to import into your 3D software of choice. The work of converting them has already been done.

So basically from what I found is you rename them these specific things according to if it's the loungewear vs. other outfits (I think only loungewear is reversed)

And when you export the model it will give it this special bone by that name
