I've been working on another casual summer outfit, in case people are tired of wearing blue. This outfit reuses Eiko's casual outfit from Makoto's confidant. I like the pink/beige combination for Kasumi so I've decided to recolor Eiko's instead.

For Kasumi : the issue is NPC's textures have a low resolution. I've upscaled the outfit texture, but the knitted lace collar is utterly unsalvageable so I've removed it. The dress was colored to another shade of pink because the default color felt too washed up.
Model-wise, I've shortened to the sleeves on Kasumi's to make it a better fit for a summer casual.

not sure if this is the place for feedback, but I've just started playing the mod and one thing I've been noticing is that kasumi is calling ryuji by his first name (ryuji-senpai) instead of using his last name

maybe it's just me but I don't really see that happening with kasumi's personality

maybe changing it later on after a few more palaces might make sense?

I think she calls the phantom thieves by their first name but with "senpai" to show it's out of habit because they're her seniors but also they are all close enough to be on a first name basis

Regardless I think it would be odd for her to call them by their last name throughout the entire game. (IMO)

Regarding this, it's a bit complicated. I think Kasumi mostly call him just "senpai" at the start of the game, so I'd have to add specific dialogues to mark the transition. Ann has something along those lines if I recall, but it's not explicit.
The biggest issue is that that can't be done after the prologue or the "introduction" of the character because you can start the confidant by then. I'd have to add a variable for the confidant name, which is waaaaay more a hassle and might not be coherent in some places.
I'll keep that in mind the next time I replay my mod. Maybe I can add a few lines specifically for Ryuji

• With Haru/Yusuke/Ryuji : a Shinjuku trip in 3 parts. They meet Lala Escargot in Crossroad, and Angel/whatshisname when they leave (who proceed to catch Ryuji again, steal his phone and send the protag a message). That one is surprisingly fully done, just unused

akechi is a man who is pretty empty on the inside. he's put up a front for so long he's sort of lost track of who he really is. when wrting from his perspective, i tend to be very objective but also harsh. i find random things for akechi to be like "that's stupid" about or he tries to criticize everything. also when doing monologues i tend to make it rant-y and illogical. his train of thought when he's emotional has very little rationale, and he sort of explodes

Wow! That's actually really well explained. I think he is pretty smart + isolated so he kinda dissociates from people because he cant relate while also having very illogical emotional outbursts. I couldnt put it into words until you described it like that.

God, this place couldn’t be worse.
Goro sliced through the measly Shadow blocking his path with ease, shaking his head as he continued running through the Palace. 
He didn’t have time to waste on a Palace with such low-level Shadows. The fact that this place was crawling with them only served to make him more irritated. All he had to do was slice through them and get to the top of the god-forsaken building, and yet it was taking an infuriating amount of time. 
Goro didn’t even want to really be here in the first place. He only ever resorted to probing the cognitive versions of the criminals he was trying to catch when there was either almost zero evidence or he needed to know where to find the evidence. It just so happened this guy was insanely good at cleaning up his tracks, almost completely erasing any evidence of bribing or scamming that he’d done in order to bring his company to the top. And so, here Goro was, clearing the Palace of such an irrelevant figure. 
Weirdly enough, this Palace’s distortion wasn’t that heavy, and it seemed to have manifested relatively similar to what he’d imagined an office building to look like. The only difference was, well, the low-level shadows infesting each corner and the occasional out-of-place door that led to a Will Seed. 
All of the computer desks and chairs were occupied with non-violent Shadows, and he knew that because no matter how many times she waved his saber at them, they just continued typing. There were some other oddities – such as those stupid, strange white tendrils that seemed to be in every single Palace climbing up the walls and sinking into them. At a certain point in the building, though, they strangely disappeared from their home along the ground and walls. It was almost as if they were trying to reach the top like he was – but at a much slower pace. 
this is the beginning of chapter 2 of that fic and i think is a pretty good example of how i write him.

Hmm, Yeah I feel like this portrays him pretty well! See, I think I just dont relate to his character at all I cant really imagine how he will act. Like here it makes sense he would be more calm and just over it because he's doing routine stuff. I guess from || 3rd semester|| I imagined him always being ruthless in combat.

On the other hand, maybe if I were able to write him well I'd enjoy the character less because it wouldnt be as interesting? Who knows. I really admire people who can accurately nail down a character though!

This made me chuckle cuz I read a P4 fanfic by @teal estuary where Akechi gets adopted by Dojima, and Adachi makes a spectacularly bad impression on him.
Somehow, I don't think Adachi would be a particularly good role model.

@bold mortar The Mitsuru's outfit model you sent me doesn't import correctly on my version of Blender. I found a workaround by taking the model apart and parenting each mesh to another working Kasumi model. The model appears to be working correctly in game, so I was able to make the regular ponytail version and the long hair variant. I also made some adjustments to your alternate bang models.
In short:

• I've removed duplicated textures and adjusted textures/materials names,
• I've adjusted the legs. Even if you're not supposed to see below the skirt, the black short wasn't quite "black" and I don't want (nor do you) want to be flagged for nudity.
• I've adjusted the feet/boots. The boots are now a single mesh and the black socks mesh now properly aligns with the legs.
• More adjustments to the legs to fix some of the clipping when she's sitting in certain positions.
