open a command prompt (administrator privelages) in the folder directory then type:
dotnet build

you should have dotnet by default on windows

it's gonna say redrose.dll but you can find and replace the name in all the files in a regular text editor

No, Kichijoji has a unique transition for the Inogami line directly east in the underground walkway. You Technically need it for places like Akihabara and Shinjuku but I just use the JL gate since that opens up the travel map for you.

It's a material issue. They need to assign the material of an existing mesh (like the top of the default summer casual) and then reassign the material. I don't know which material property is responsible for that, but that's a sure way to fix it
