To do so, he had to alter her memory and personality, which makes her behave like how Kasumi would have before her arrest. It's a weaker plot twist, but it is supported by some story elements (For instance, Sumire always tried to copy Kasumi, so how would that look any different now that she's Kasumi in all but name?)||

He saw them arguing because he walking in the same street and they ran past him toward the traffic. It was too late to do anything by normal means, so he quickly "convinced" Sumire not to cross the street by showing her Kasumi would die||

||like unintentionally she starts to encourage Kasumi to stay in the outcast role, trying to take the spotlight. I thought that was where this was going when she acted shocked that Kasumi's charges were possibly going to be lifted. she felt her rise to fame was going to be interrupted||

There's one issue with it: Even if in the base game, she wants to become Kasumi because she's utterly convinced of her own worthlessness. She doesn't think Kasumi keeps her down and that she deserves to be first. She thinks she's so bad she's even dragging down Kasumi.
When she's actualized, she changes her behavior to how she thinks Kasumi is, not how Kasumi truly is. Even with that, I don't think she would so severely misunderstand Kasumi's intention.
Also, I don't think Maruki would change Sumire's cognition to be like that, especially since Kasumi is still alive and able to call her out on it. Even if I think he's wrong, I don't think he's malicious. He's flawed alright, but like Kasumi and Sumire, nobody's perfect.
Still, that's a cool idea that could work with a Maruki ending where Kasumi embraces Sumire's role completely. It still kinda happens in Rose & Violet, given that Kasumi doesn't return to gymnastics.||

I started this today and it's already a really fun take on the game. Not very far but had just a couple questions, if that's okay:

1. A few weeks I "spot checked" a few bits with some old save files just out of curiosity, one of which was the beach scene, and I noticed it skipped the anime cutscene from that part and played out an in-engine scene of the same events instead, so Joker didn't appear. I hadn't tried to fully set up the configs yet at that point, though. When I started in earnest (hopefully having actually set it up right in the first place), I notice that this isn't happening for me with any of the early-game intro scenes. Just wondering if in trying to do things right I did things wrong and am not getting the right scenes, or that's just not something that's addressed by the mod (which I get if it's not, I just am hoping I'm not skipping stuff that there could be an updated version of)?

2. Speaking of things that I get why they wouldn't be done, but am curious if it might be something done in the future (might be impossible though? Or possible but really unrealistic in terms of viability), are there any plans to change some of the voice barks that reference "Joker" to maybe just be silent, kinda like is done with the PC's real name in conversations. Like in combat, have Morgana's voice play just the "Lookin' coool" part of "Lookin' coool, Joker!" (and leaving Rose's name in writing)? Again, just curious if that's something being considered, but not trying to sound demanding if that'd be too crazy to do.

For number 1: the beach event is the only event where I replaced the animated cutscene like that. I wanted to add the swimsuit reaction, a bit like in P3P, so I made a brand new event. It's quite time consuming and I'm a bit limited by the animations, so I don't think I'll do the same for the other cutscenes.
For number 2: Sailor Venus just linked someone's attempts at it. It's quite a bit of work too, but the few samples they've showed are very good. It'll be only in english, from what I can tell

I made config options for classroom and confidant cheat sheet since they have story elements. For the other cheat sheet that I know:

• Negotiation cheat sheet : I've made light edits to the dialogues in R&V, but they're not essential to the story and bit all over the place. You can use the regular cheat sheet, you won't miss much (except gendered related stuff, I guess).
• Dart cheat sheet (I think there's one): It's likely to reset Sumire to saying "Senpai" and stuff like that. I may do that one in the future, since it's just one file. Do what you prefer for one with that one.
• Crosswords cheat sheet : It conflicts with another file i've edited, but I didn't edit the crossword stuff itself. I don't remember what I've edited in that file either... I'll probably make that cheat sheet too at some point.
• TV quizz cheat sheet : It seems like I've edited that file too, but I don't remember why. It's probably fine to use the cheat sheet from Gamebanana. Again, I'll probably make that cheat sheet too at some point
