Yeah, I think he has a jazz club dialogue where he says that Joker is basically the only guy that talks with him at school. That's kinda sad, but that explains why he's hanging out with you that often

It depends on the file type :
BMDs are decompiled with Atlus Script Tools. I then edit the .msg and recompile it into a BMD with AST again.
BFs are mostly edited with PersonaEditor if I only have to the dialogue itself. To edit the portraits or the flowscript, I decompile them with AST and do the same thing as with the BMDs

Oh it's quite easy. There's even a tutorial on Gamebanana

I do it that way because that's convenient for me. I also had quite a lot of bugs/crash/softlocks because of the old libraries of AST so I went PersonaEditor for the BF, unless I really have to use AST (with the latest, almost bugfree libraries)

And I thoroughly test the edits, especially when there are flowscripts involved. Typos still manage to elude me though, ahah

Supported romances : Ann, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, Hifumi
Unsupported romances (no change to dialogues = Joker dialogues) = Kawakami, Chihaya, Takemi, Ohya
Blocked romances : Sumire
There's a warning before starting unsupported romances so you don't start them by accident if you don't want to.
All hangouts dialogues for supported romances are edited (including hangout with the guys. Those were fun to make as they still happen with Ryuji,etc.)
I'll look into adding new romances later. Raven is currently working on a patch for Gay Joker, which I may use a basis to make additional edits

Uh, I think this is a visual change that's handled by an option in one of Wisteria's mods (maybe the addon mod?). The Weapons & Equipments patch just rename the weapons/give 10 rounds to the gun/make Rose use female equipments
