Funny you say that cause shortly before Royal came out in Japan (2019), Soejima, the main character designer, said in an interview that he designed Kasumi as a 'normal' or 'standard' heroine (as opposed to designing a character with a twist to them (in his words)).

It may sound confusing but looking at her makes it make sense, Kasumire really does have that main protagonist vibe.

Just being curious about a background setting for Kasumi: ||Is it intentional to make her quite quickly get over with the fact of her being accused and permanently forbidden for achieving her dream of national championship yet still remain untraumatised? Or is she more like P3P FeMC, who hides her trauma with a facade but depressed deep down?||

At the start of the game, ||she's accepted her situation, but I've left little hints of her being distraught. Things like her not eating correctly (because Sumire isn't around to cook for her), some of her dialogue answers (Sojiro will say to her to get herself together with one)...|| Shido's shadow ||also remarks on her crying during the trial.||
Also, like Joker, her attitude in the metaverse is different from her attitude in reality. ||In reality, she's polite and more reserved in her answers because she doesn't want to be seen as a delinquent. In the metaverse, she's free to be herself and acts/talks with more flair. She (almost) never calls her teammates "senpai" in the metaverse.||

I know about this issue since it was plaguing me when I made the first version of the alternate models mod (both Kasumi and Sumire would turn out with the same eye/hair color). I don't know why I didn't rename the textures here. I probably tested the personas without Sumire around, and since it worked fine...

Just reached Takemis romance prompt that this romance is not supported, i know that all the adult romances are not supported but now i am confused why the romance prompt didnt show up for Kawakami at all yesterday cuz i maxed her out as fast as i could for the massage but only now realized that there wasnt a prompt at all not sure if thats a bug or if thats intended but wanted to mention it anyway in case it is sum bug

Even in the base game, you need to hit certain flags to romance the adults. I didn't remove those flags, so the romance won't be possible if you didn't hit them. Since those romances aren't supported, it doesn't really matter to me

I was not arguing if it was proper grammar, more that is a strange way to refer to yourself.

Perhaps if pointing at a picture of yourself or something you did or made "That's me" would make sense as a literal reference point or as shorthand speech. However, in that particular conversation the previous line is "It's really you right?!" referring, presumably, to you/your person specifically.

So unless Kasumi is having a literal out of body experience, I do believe "Yes, It's me" would make more logical sense as a reply over "Yes, that's me."

Oh, don't worry. If I add a new line here, it will follow the previous one (or the one on the screenshot).
The real difficulty is adding a completely new line, which usually plays with an animation (like the character moving their arms, scratching their head...). Those require event editing, which isn't the case here

When editing a text box, I have to be wary of the length of the line. You can have ~50 characters a line if it's alone, ~45 characters on two lines together, ~40 characters on 3 lines together (it decreases because of the irregular shape of the box and the "skip to next dialogue" button)

More and you risk having the text going outside the dialogue box

And you can't have 4 lines in a dialogue box

I also try to keep the spacing harmonious, to avoid very short or very long lines are the beginning of the text box

Despite English also being around then I still have constant issues with it. I sometimes find German and Japanese easier, despite my English vocabulary bein large.

I like to say book UK english as thats where I got most of it and was what my parents tried to speak. I avoid the asl stuff(privacy thing) but my childhood friends and area was english speaking.

although sometimes teachers and kids would yell at me to speak english when it was just a vocabulary word like Denouement but maybe sometimes it was a foreign word.

Never my friends who accepted my weirdness, but I also learned non english words and ohrases like vocabulary too.

Some slang like "Yeah buddy" and "kooky" I swear came from the japanese Yappari(basically meaning Yes uhuh which is what the slang means) and kukki which means "air"

oh I would love to bend their ear. I realized that a lot of language hits my brain as vocabulary and I know more language than I realize.

Mother was an opera singer so she was always brinhing home "Did You Know?"s on all sorts of French, Italian, German words and phrases, and even old English. She did Shakespeare and English Opera too. Also, Even though something like Wagner's The Ring Cycle is in Traditional German the subtitles would often be in a very proper english because if how the opera is written.

Thinkin back I don't think I have met anyone else who grew up on Operas and Gene Kelly musicals and also played FFgames around the clock.

To be honest I think that was part of my ling term interest in Japnese and the Moon as although I learned more of Japanese history than the language, I kept just knowing words.

Kito was my first ever character and Tree names and soulful names have followed me ever since. I still think Kito came from the Moon Goddess somehow. Its why my artist name uses the tree Kanji. I feel its the closest to being both the sign for both. As you can see a Tree being like unto a world soul but souls are not always likened unto trees.

Its also my coding/pixel artist name because together it also sounds out Fushikio which means King of mysteriousness and from a romance modder and more to a small time aspiring music modder and artist like myself we are the mysteries.

Hey for what it's worth, the story itself is overall very well written imo. That you even wrote such an extensive overhaul in a foreign language is a feat in and of itself. And even professional writers have their own editors who proofread their work before it goes public, so having these kinds of typos and grammar hiccups is nothing to be ashamed about, especially for a fanwork.

Besides, the English localisation for vanilla P5 wasn't exactly stellar.

Royal revised a fair few lines to sound more natural.

Eg: one of Morgana's tutorial lines "it means they're not messing around and are trying to kill us" was changed to "they're out for blood."
