I'm a bit conflicted about making a discord server for my mod
I don't really want to manage a server. It would probably make things a bit more tidy by having separate channel for the different stuff (search bar is still bad though), but I feel like it would just be another server to discuss Persona stuff. There's plenty of them out there already (See how people keep talking about stuff that isn't my mod here? ahah)

Disable Inaba Exe Patcher if it's not used for another mod (it messes with some romance flags, apparently)
Disable Second-Person Narration - Feminine. It's not compatible
I think the rest should be fine. I don't know about Social Stat Tracker, but that's not a big deal

for me the only thing that worked so i could have both in my mods list was to manually put it in the mods folder, drag and drop replaces one of them

I just downloaded the long hair modal restarted reload then 1 clicked the pony tail and they both stuck

first thing that even happened was I let reloaded update the modal mods since for w.e reason those 2 got an update ping on reloaded.. updated and the long hair went bye bye... so redownloaded the long hair off gb and that one deleted the other mod

There are no white Phantom Thief AOA finisher because it's a bit tricky to work with (and simply changing the black to white isn't enough). The alternative is to use the "No All out attack finisher" so you can see the 3D model do the pose instead

But it's currently no working with my Alternate model mod

It's also a adorable app so them finding a way that it doesn't revert text messages for Akage players, R&V player, Female protagonist players and even just the people playing qs Gay Joker is really great. I need to get back to my own modding and publish a bit because I am on cloud 9

Not at all an expert, still playing the beta build, but the beta instructions clarified which mods needed to have config options changed and the Sumire Overhaul wasn't on the list. It's possible that's different in the current version, but if so that would probably be in the current instructions.

hi! i just downloaded and configured rose and violet on my linux machine, and everything works via proton great, except for this one thing: to get the game to actually launch with Rose and Violet, you need to increase your max number of open files in /etc/security/limits.conf to a very high amount (65535 works for me, but you could probably get away with lower. 8192 is too low however). https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Limits.conf#nofile details how to do this. Just putting this here for future reference, super excited to start a playthrough!

I'm not sure if I understood what the problem was earlier, so I'll say it here first:
You need both Wisteria's mod and my Alternate model mod (ponytail or long hair) if you want Kasumi with the brown hair.
Wisteria's mod has all the animations and my model mod overrides the models.
IIRC, You don't need Wisteria's long hair mod with my alternate models with the long hair because this Wisteria's doesn't contain the animations

If you want to keep Sumire's look, use only Wisteria's mod. However, some of the 2D artworks in Rose & Violet have Kasumi's look so expect some incoherences

She talks about her being selected as her club representative and Akechi talks about the Phantom Thieves. Sumire says she doesn't support the Thieves because she thinks people should solve their problems themselves.

Love this mod and everything about it, but just curious if this shadow on Kasumi's face using the Alternate models mod is a result of something wrong i've done during the install or just how it is when using the "No Darkened Faces" mod. I'm honestly not bothered by it much, but just curious. On the right is another costume without it for reference. I'm assuming that the darkened part is just part of the model.

Basically, the "No Darkened Faces" mod (or Wisteria's config option) are compatible with my alternate model mod
The darkened face is actually triggered by the material of the face. What the mod does is remove that trigger. That's why you don't see it on the right costume
It works exactly the same for the one on the left, but there's a catch. The shadow you see on her face is how Atlus made the shadow beneath her mask. It's actually a mesh very close to her face that has the same trigger and becomes black

But with the mod, you can now see that mesh

Unsure if its my PC but sometimes I do get the darkened face for Kasumi during the victory screen (where she runs in circle) with her Face still darkened like she was summoning a persona. The rapier also is not in the sheath.

Also unsure if its a mod problem. It goes back to normal by the time the EXP gets displayed though.

I've updated the model with a new configuration option "No All-Out-Attack portrait" that removes the finisher so you can see the 3D model. This should allow you to see the white leotard variant you've picked. Works for both the ponytail and long hair variants

Black Hair Ryujii... He listened to Kawakami and died it back. according to the modder its on all the bustups, and costumes they could find.
Long Hair Ann: I HIGHLY recommend this one as Kasumi is a year younger than Ann and this emphasizes it just a tad. It is also why I like the Black hair Ryujii too.

Someone also finally made a homo rules mod to my genderqueer heart's delight. I just like the mod cause it makes me giggle.

So if you think having Black hair makes Ryujii a little too mature he is rocking a t-shirt announcing that Homo Rules!

hey! i was able to set up the mod yday and i was able to play it with little to no issues today and it has been rlly cool :D i got all the way to the 4/18 when the kamoshida mission truly begins but ran into a bit of a problem where the game got stuck on a black screen before the first persona fusion cutscene, i also noticed that the game wasn’t loading persona models on the stat/compendium screens and was wondering if maybe these 2 issues are related and if anyone has a fix for them? thank you!

also kasumi is still being called joker in the metaverse but she was called rose a few times in the intro sequence and also on the stat screen so i’m p sure i got everything installed right but maybe i’m missing something
