The lines added for Rose&Violet aren't voiced, so the characters say something that vaguely resembles what's written in the text box. This is intentional, so there's no issue.

Yeah Roses mask is white by default to differentiate from sumi. You can wear Kasumi's outfit as a costume I'm pretty sure though.

Not to overshadow the last question, but when I load into a new game it auto cuts right to your room the last day before Kamoshida's time limit.
Ryuji and Ann aren't in the party yet and the Palace isn't completed. I turned off skip into from Essentials.
Also the transition animations for loading between areas never ends, but that might be something else.

The only thing I can think of is the "Show to remember" replacement for Keeper of lust in the configure options of Kasumi as protagonist.

Now, if you don't mind me rambling for a bit, I'd like to leave a few words for posterity.

I'm more of an observer. I took an interest in modding Persona games a few years ago and I kept tabs on the progress of mods I found interesting. That’s how I've watched promising and ambitious mods being abandoned because their authors bit more than they could chew. It's disheartening to see so many good ideas never becoming mods, but that's the reality of modding: it's not always easy and the bigger the scale is, the more it eats away at your personal time.

And yet, I decided to leave my observer role and to spend so much of my time on this mod... I’ve come to realize why some people get overwhelmed when working on mods with such a scale, especially if their personal life doesn't leave them much time. Modding is a hobby, until you start thinking that time should be better spent doing something else.

I don't regret the time I've spent working on this mod. I thoroughly enjoyed working on it, little by little, everyday. I think this is how I managed to make it to the end... Focusing on little things with well defined limits, instead of trying to make everything we would expect from a true FeMC experience. I kept telling myself that if I had to stop here, I could always release what I had made and it would still be a little mod. Then, maybe someone would pick it up and continue it, maybe even finish it.

Of course, with Wisteria making the animations, I could focus on the script.

Of course, with Joelcula making the Weapons and Equipment patch and the voice patch, I could focus on the script.

Of course, with archlamp having made a story overhaul already (even if it's incomplete), I could find the files I needed to edit and I could focus on the script.

It's their work that inspired me to make my own mod. At first, the scale was far smaller and it only grew as I became more comfortable working on it. In the end, putting all those mods together, we can actually make the big and ambitious mod we wanted to make. “We”, despite not really being a team!

There is this beautiful best friend speech from Aigis in p3r if you choose the dialogue to be just her friend early
on. It made me cry. I wish p5r had stuff like that but its "u have the others" and awkward stuff.

The "alternate models test build" seems to overwrite the "no AOA portraits" option in the Kasumi protag mod as well as the "no AOA portraits" standalone mod, regardless of the load order. I tried going into the files and deleting the "GOODBYE" folder in the alt models mod but that still doesn't work. Any ideas?

the reason it’s easier in royal is cuz they changed the xp/money gain from 0.4x in og p5 to 1.2x in p5r

if you're new to the series i'd suggest to play the games the normal way and then mod them so you get even more of a enjoyment while knowing what you're doing (and being able to comparing them to vanilla)

cutins often help you figure out if you’ve crit or not in the base game, so i find their appearance quite useful to know if/when i’ve crit
it’s not a guarantee but it does help a ton with it lol
