Costume Framework & Costumes loading in console at start-up but not showing in Costume menu.

Hi yall! This is probably a rookie mistake so try not to go too hard on me if this is a silly thing on me. I downloaded the P5D Halloween costumes and the Wonder costumes for Joker (Not to be confused with Wonder over Joker), I can see them load up in the start-up console with no errors but I can't find them in the Equip menu. Thanks in advance!!
