im not sure that's logistically possible because maruki's reality is fundamentally not a straight timeline
the phantom thieves did everything but at the same time they didn't so people like shiho could be fine etc
events happen and dont happen at the same time

Fundamentally it a "everyone in this moment that was ever wronged got their own way", so most things that rulers did "didnt" happen but they still believe as such and were arrested, shamed ect ect ect. That's kinda the point.
"Everyone" geta their own way but also they cant as that cant really happen, logically everyone believes and has fake experiences of what happened prior in their lives, even if it didn't happen.
