with the mods you have that shouldnt be an issue
unless one of them isnt on latest but you wouldve seen that in the log

hm, im not sure whats doing it. it doesnt seem to be a 1.0.4 issue
you barely even have anything installed, its p much all framework mods

He told me that Reloaded II is working with Persona 3 Reload.
This appears to be a Royal-exclusive issue.

Ok Installed it, took a bit

it works with steam and reload

so yeah I had reinstall it
