Unhardcoded Toolkit “could not find Util Open_File” issue

I’m trying to install multiple mods with colored UI including that Chat Icon mod shown below. However, it uses P5R Unhardcoded Toolkit as a dependency and even then it’s automatically set. Despite there having no issues with the installation, this error says there’s no Utilz “Open_File” within the file location. Even if I deleted the colored chat icon mod from Reloaded II, problem still persists and I’ve tried everything. Switched up dependencies, which mod works and which work doesn’t and nothing is solved. At this point I just don’t want the colored chat icon mod anymore I just want it to be working
