I've followed all the steps from multiple threads here and it still ends up crashing, I have no idea why, this is the error message I ended up getting

Sidenote, I moved the downgrade EXE into the local files but steam still says the game is up to date?

Uninstall P5R from steam, change its update cycle to only when you launch it, download the downgrade and replace the file after uninstalling, open reloaded II and launch the game yufistpump
