You're trying to use the 32 bit modloader "Persona 4 Golden PC Modloader" with the 64 bit version. Remove that mod and you should be good, it looks like the other ones you have are for 64 bit

You can't use 32 bit mods with the 64 bit game or vice versa
Actually tiny fixes is also a 32 bit mod. Remove that one and replace it with the 64 bit version

Yeah, there are. 99% of 32 bit mods use Aemulus (a completely different mod manager) so you couldn't accidentally download them even if you tried, a few are actual reloaded mods though
