Help Turning Confident Akihiko AOA Mod into HD

Hi there, so I'm currently playing through P3P through the PPSSPP Emulator with HD mods, however, obviously the Confident Akihiko AOA mod conflicts with this as the texture is blurry since it's for the original PSP resolution. I thought it would be pretty easy to modify this myself to use the HD image instead as other files are simply in png format, however, this one is a .EPL file. The info I could find online for any tools that would be able to adjust .EPL textures kept linking me to many dead links. Should (hopefully) be a pretty easy fix, I just lack the knowledge. Thanks!

bedtools can do that actually

but i don’t recommend changing the file of the texture as P3P doesn’t support scaling of higher resolution textures

instead, enable texture dumping in PPSSPP

find the texture once it’s dumped (after it loads in game basically)

and replace the dds with the dds from the HD version of the PC mod

For anybody finding this thread later it's a pretty easy process. You're likely using the TrueHD mod, and if you look through the mod pack you'll find these AOA cutins in:

texture_override > ULUS10512 > Portraits > Characters > Battle Text

With Akihiko's file being named 00000000a15b1a3a67998db7

Simply replace this file with the DDS file from the PC version of the mod, convert it to a .PNG, (make sure it has that Akihiko file name mentioned above) and you're all set! Alternatively if you don't have the TrueHD mod, you just copy that exact format and make your own package for it.
