Hello, I'm having an issue with my mods not working

I completely deleted my modfolder and tried to do it again, before deleting had the Just a phase mod, it appeared in my uniforms tab, but when clicking on them they give you the base summer outfit

#

Using version 1.27.11

I didn't have an issue with modding p4g and p5r so im kinda puzzled

redownloaded the just a phase mod and its also not working

Then drag and drop the file on the left side of your mod list to install it

For some reason UnrealEssentials wasn't installed correctly
