ORIGINAL PROBLEM - Aemulus not working when trying to make a build

So I'm trying to make a build for Persona 3 FES so I can play it on my modded PlayStation 3, but I have absolutely no clue what this error is trying to tell me. If anyone can help me, please do.

did some futher testing, both having the HostFS mode on and off result in the same thing
