if your pc lags at 1080p video files you might just wanna look those cutscenes up on youtube
i cant think of anything that would solve lag on a pc that cant handle playing a video file other than making them like 3ds quality

it could be something like persona 4 golden’s cutscene options
either a high quality cutscene or a low quality one.
it did help when i played the 2020 version of p4g on a shitty 4th gen dell laptop ngl

p4g32 (the 2020 version) only had a high and low quality slider due to the files literally just being rename windows media player files
with the 2023 update, the quality slider was removed, as the cutscenes were finally made to be using the same tech that the others games were already using
