Setting Up Reloaded Config For Texture Swaps

I've made a mod which replaces all AOA quotes with something I find humorous, mainly to learn the cooking process. However I think it would be beneficial to have a config for it in Reloaded, for instance if you have the FemC mod on, the joke for the protagonist's AOA quote no longer works. I can make the options, I just need to figure out how to make the options function.

you can't, uessentials does not have this built is as an option like other persona mod loaders

there might be some scuffed workaround by making your one mod 2 and seeing if femc mod is detected but that only solves one problem and im not entirely sure itd work
