I got used to the freedom the mod menu provides in P3R and im trying to find a mod menu that can edit persona skills stats and mc stats like how that can. I've tried Amitica but you can't edit any combat stats im pretty sure, and for me Zmenu's file on mega.nz is stuck loading forever so i cant even get or extract the zip file. Could anyone help out?

no official release, assuming you mean pc, you can try building yourself if you have the knowledge or hope that someone will give you theirs
although you should only be touching mod menus in general if you know what youre doing, you can fuck up a save if you dont
