Where can I find the effects for models (e.g. the aura effect during Persona summoning, the color effect at the bottom of enemy models)?

really depends on what it is you're looking for

aura effect during Persona summoning is controlled by an EPL file, I don't know where exactly it is but there is an EFFECT folder inside the BATTLE folder with a bunch of EPLs so I'd start there
