lean oracleI was following the guide on how to create mods for music replacement in P3R, and I got to the point where I use Foobar to listen to all the different songs' hca files. I'm not sure how to continue from here, and what it seems like you're supposed to do is use the program uploaded here and use that to convert .wav to .hca (i think?), I tried downloading and opening this program but nothing happens, it just closes itself. I also tried using the VGAudio that is on the windows store and it doesn't work.
