Unlocking unreleased BGM DLC?

if this is a question on whether that's a dlc then yes there are methods to get the unreleased DLC for P3R, which includes DLC dungeon BGM

I own the DLC but I was under the impression these were unreleased tracks within them that were able to be unlocked

the dlc is only for battle themes but there's an unreleased dlc for tartarus themes

but all the files for it are in the game already, including songs

I mean, most dlc works like that though - paid or otherwise. It's already in the files, then you pay to unlock it etc

I'm mostly referring to literally just these 2 extra P5R tracks that are in the files, less about the unreleased dungeon music stuff. Not interested in their paid DLC future or otherwise, I assumed these are just unused

My understanding was people who unlocked the DLC illegitimately had access to these 2 extra tracks, sorry if the title caused confusion
