#Following the guide but mods won't appear in game. (FES)

Trying to mod Persona 3 FES so I can be healed by the clocks in The Answer but the mod just won't apply, I tried to apply other mods and ran into the same issue.

I follow the guide, putting the .zip into Aemulus, enabling it, and building it, from there I'm not sure what I'm intended to do next...

Run the ISO via PCSX2? No dice, still vanilla, run the ELF file? Nope, black screen, run the game via Aemulus? Still vanilla... and I followed the setup guide properly afaik? I tried on a different download of pcsx2 and got the same results.

What am I doing wrong? I have HostSF enabled and I don't know what else would cause this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

your persona 3 fes iso is an unmodded usa one, right?

It's renamed so it can be opened in Steam if that matters, trying it with the regular name to see if that makes a difference although I'm pretty sure I tried that at one point

can you show me what your ELF Properties look like in PCSX2? (right click the elf, then click Properties)
