I've just closed and re-opened R2 to get Inaba EXP Patcher and put it at the top underneath Persona Essentials just like it says on the gamebanana guide

I saw your order before you deleted the message and fwiw it's fine.
Load order generally doesn't matter for these games, when it does it'll usually say on the mod's page

ah alright, I though deleting the original messege would delete the whole thread cuz I was gonna figure it out myself

the game's exe is going through the process of merging the mod files together and stuff

Yeah that looks fine. Persona Essentials can merge most mods which is why order usually doesn't matter.

useful descriptions should go above localization fixes at this time (saw both in your mod list so if you plan to use useful descriptions, keep that in mind)

otherwise yeah, mod order shouldn't matter here.

I did just that before launching my game (looked at the game banana page to make sure I was doing it right)

I find the mod load order kinda weird since I've dabbled in P3F modding before and in Aemulus some mods need to go above rather than below to take priority
