#Scaleform won't accept my .avi?

Basically just as the title says. Whenever I try encoding my .avi and my .wav as a .usm, it says this. What should I do to resolve this issue?

ok so this happened because my AVI was fucked... make sure your .avis have more than 160 bytes!!! lol
