#What video editor can I use to edit Persona 3 FES cutscenes

Hello, I wanted to edit cutscenes from Persona 3 Fes so I started to do some research.
I already know that I have to convert the SFD in MPEG, Edit the video and render it into an AVI file without audio, and render it again in WAV for the audio.
To edit cutscenes I use Vegas pro but when I try to render the AVI file I can't choose the resolution of the video and I'm stuck with 720x480. I can still edit it in Sega Dreamcast Movie Creator to 640 x 360 but in the game the cutscene shows up with black border like these.
I Would like to know which Video editor you guys use? Thanks in advance !
(I put a screenshot of the settings i use in Vegas to render the videos)

Hey, so I did edit some cutscenes for P3P but it should be the same for P3FES.
I use Vegas too, but :

I use VGM toolbox to extract the SFDs (to a .m2v video file and a .adx audio file), edit them, then render a .mp4 video, and then convert that to a .avi with ffmpeg

I think Vegas is just annoying with anything that's not an mp4
