#Aemulus Mods not working in 32 bit despite building
77 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
did u link iameulus with 32 bit version p4g exe
u should use regular reloaded 2 and did u follow the downgrade guide and it should be renamed to Persona 4 Golden 32 bit
cause i cant tell if u using 64 bit or 32 bit version
If u didnt tell me it was 32 bit i would assume u using 64 bit version
also verify if reloaded 2 is using 32 bit version of p4g as well
im using 64 bit p4g with cep. my p4g file name is basically the same as yours
I followed this guide and yes it should be 32 bit, I just kept it named Persona 4 Golden
for reload 2 it doesnt matter which I boot up because the mods dont show up either way
atleast on Aemulus side
did u uninstall 64 bit version?
Yeah
did u try the mod loader screen thing and it doesnt work?
the mod loader screen?
Well I downgraded because theres alot of mods I dont want in cep and alot that I did want that wasnt ported to 64 bit
I have a mod called classic atlus logo and that doesnt show up and loading in game doesnt show any mods I run thru aemulus
i gave up on 32 bit cause my game kept crashing for no explanation. there was nothing wrong with my build.
i agree a lot of mods havent been ported for a simple reason the merging in aemulus wasnt ported into reloaded 2 or persona essentials mod yet
Lets try using a single title mod and go from there
if worse come to worse delete p4g and delete folder and redownload 32 bit and rename to 32 bit version. when i did this way mods work fine for me
I'm gonna see if that is the problem
I would have to say it would be very stupid that it doesnt work based on either not having the 64 version or having a folder renamed but if it gets it to work I'm not gonna complain
also advise that u use the reloaded 2 64 bit version just in case if thats the issue as well
like what besides not using ur desired mods
the game not starting, reload II crashing, not booting, the works
is this just on pc or steam deck?
these problems were on the new update but I managed to downgrade and it hasnt caused any problems
pc
if i had a steam deck i wouldnt mod persona it sounds like so much trouble and it hit or miss most of the time
u talking about the new one a few days ago
anyways its done, just gotta see if it worked
\
that one
hmm

try turning of empty snd folder i dont think it was used in p4g 32 bit modding
did u unpacked it i assume that u did
I have mods for persona 5 royal, persona 3 portable and persona 3 fes up and running
I also used aemulus to mod persona 4 golden when it first came out
same also ff7 remake, horizon zero dawn, cyberpunk, batman arkham asylum and city, fallout 3 and new vegas as well resident evil 2 remake and onwards
the problem is coming from AWB Emulator for File Emulation Framework
guess the guide said not to turn that on
I might have to give up on p4 for a bit
Ok no it wasnt the issue]
aemulus still refuses to build the mods correctly
Yeah idk
Aemulus seems to be working fine because I can launch p4g thru aemulus and it boots reload correctly
it just wont show mods
Alright I fixed it @plucky lotus
what was wrong
I'm not sure what is wrong with reload
but I switched to building on 32bit and it worked fine
I launch from reload and its fine
the 64 bit launcher was the reason why it wasnt working
weird
