Unable to Launch Persona 4 Golden Reloaded through Steam

I followed the step by step instructions found of the website here: https://p4g.cep.one/appendix/extras#add-reloaded-ii-shortcut-to-steam

The path to my game is different because I have an alternate SSD for game. Anyways after following all of the steps correctly to a T the error message shown in the picture.

The game will work when I launch it from a shortcut from my Desktop, as well as if I run that game through Reloaded II itself as well. But for whatever reason I am getting this error message.

The weird part is a while back I was able to set this up and everything worked perfectly. I don't know if this is Reloaded's fault, Steam's fault, Windows' fault, or I looked over something and it's my fault.

I would appreciate any help.

Try disabling each of your mods one by one, launching the game and testing as you go to narrow down the problem mod. Once identified, report the issue to the author so they can fix it!
