#Mods don't seem to appear after following guide

I downloaded a fair amount of mods to try the game out for the first time, following the Beginner's guide on the pc version's gamebanana page. I followed the instructions there, but when loading the game through reloaded, I get this error prompt. The game loads fine afterwards, but the mods I downloaded don't take effect. Loading the game through steam doesn't change anything either. I also included my current reloaded loadout to see if that could affect anything. Thanks in advance

these were the errors i got from disabling all mods except title screen fix+, "file emulation framework: base mod" which i couldnt disable, and "movie player" which i also couldnt disable, and it still didnt work
