I've been following the basic modding guide on Game Banana and for the life of me can't get mods to work.
I've tried moving the iso to the psp/GAME folder, I've tried extracting the iso as some comments claimed that helped. I've tried a clean install of PPSSPP. I've double and triple checked that the iso is the correct version. The Iso, Emulator and Program are all on a drive separate from Windows and it's odd permission issues.

The Aemulus console doesn't show any errors at any point in the creation of the .cpk.

do you have the cheat active, and isn't the folder PSP/P3P not PSP/GAME?

cheat is active and the disable openings is diabled to test the P3P Modded logo, and yes, but I was referencing this bit of troubleshooting from the guide :If it still doesn't work, try moving the P3P ISO into "PPSSPP/PSP/GAME" or "PPSSPP/memstic/PSP/GAME"

does it matter that my psp folder is inside another folder? in this case it's ppsspp/memstick/psp/game
