I tried following this guide: https://amicitia.miraheze.org/wiki/USM in order to extract contents from USM files in the PC version of P5R, but I have been unable to extract video data that isn't a glitchy mess (example in the image).

The only thing I have been able to extract is audio data using VGMtoolbox and changing the extension to .hca, using CRID Demux Tool I only obtained an .adx that foobar2000 couldn't read or a silent .hca (by manually changing the extension)

Does anyone know how extract .USM files correctly?

USM

USM is a video format commonly used by the PS3 and some other consoles. In Persona 5, USM files contain 2D anime cutscenes, pre-rendered 3D cutscenes, and various videos displayed on in-game objects like TV screens, list here: Movie (P5).
