#Converting model to FBX and back to GMD obliterates over half of the textures

I took Joker's Dancewear GMD from the pastebin dump, converted it to FBX using the maxscript, deleted the model's scarf and belt, exported it as FBX, converted it back to GMD using GFD Studio, and replaced the clothes texture. However, after the model looked funky ingame, I compared the two models and many of the textures that were in the original GMD were missing in the new GMD. I know that the textures weren't part of the scarf or belt I deleted either, as one of the textures missing was part of the hair. How do I make sure that textures don't go missing when converting from GMD to FBX and back?
