I do what it says, I delete the files buuuut when I try to re-open the game it happens again

Did it prompt you to redownload after deleting the files then relaunching r2?

navigate to Reloaded-II\Mods

#

delete CriFs.V2.Hook.Awb folder

#

place the extracted folder from the 7z there to replace it
