#PCSX2 not loading mods

I am really new to modding Persona 3 Fes but when trying to mod Persona 3 FES with Aemulus and none of the installed mods are loading or at least the Xbox Button Prompts aren't loading I am not fully sure how to check if the others are properly loaded.

The error appears even if I launch via the iso instead of the elf
