#

on my PC, the folder is here:
PPSSPP\memstick\PSP\Cheats

#

I think the exact path can differ if you're using a portable installation vs a standard one (using the installer on the ppsspp website), so maybe that's what's confusing you

#

my folder is capitalised, but I haven't tested lowercase

#

ive never heard of stuff just completely crashing before like you've described.

#

i'd wipe it all and start over maybe

#

get a new iso too incase that's the problem

#

the game file you got when you legally dumped your copy of the game

#

link the guide please. I answered what I know, but I don't remember the whole process inside out

#

what device you using ppsspp on btw?

#

windows pc or something else

#

ite i'll just go through it now with a new install beginning to end quick

#
  1. i downloaded the latest win version from here: https://ppsspp.org/files/1_14_1/ppsspp_win.zip

  2. I extract the zip to whatever folder I'm installing to

  3. I open PPSSPPWindows64.exe once which will create a memstick folder in the install directory

  4. In ppsspp (x64) I go to settings -> system -> cheats -> enable cheats

  5. I go to my install folder and create a new Cheats folder in memstick\PSP

  6. drag the patch ini (https://github.com/zarroboogs/p3p-patches/archive/refs/heads/master.zip) from the zip into the Cheats folder

  7. Go back to ppsspp and launch the game. You'll know if the patch has worked because the opening logos and video will be skipped and you'll go straight to the title screen (intro skip is enabled by default)

  8. Hit escape on your keyboard while the game's running and go to Cheats. You'll see intro skip and mod support are both enabled.

  9. You go to gamebanana and download and install "cutscenes restored" by the coolest most amazing persona modder. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

i just did all this now with a fresh install and it took 2 mins. I'd just delete your current install and follow this if you're still having issues.

#

did it work?

#

it's all good. no need to mark it solved until you've got it working

#

just drop me a message when you've tested

Nice ๐Ÿ‘

#

Shoot

#

Yeah it should work with all mods except those that edit the same events I do

#

Texture mods and stuff won't conflict

#

Hd mod should be fine. Unromanceable ken, I have no idea but I'd be surprised if it conflicted.

Just check the mod download and see if there's any duplicate files between my mod and that one. If there are, that's a conflict. If there's not, you're good.
