Second issue of the day, tried using BustupParamEditor.exe but whenever I set a proper path in the "Path to bustup parameters file:" command, the console just refreshes with the same command on screen.

So I tried using BustupParamEditor GUI instead, but after setting the params and Bustup directory, the position setting fields get disabled and the bustup either doesn't load or is too big to fit the GUI that can't be resized.

Please let me know if I configured something wrong, tried running the C# project directly but am getting .net framework version issues. I just wanna move the mouth 🥲

Reverse engineering the code and it seems my BUSTU_PARAM.DAT file doesn't fit the criteria of either if case

#

If anyone knows the significance of this please let me know before I completely destroy the code

Actually looking at the date of the github page for this project, and the fact that the exe reads bytes a lot

#

This tool is probably just meant for base persona 5 and royale's param file somehow doesn't meet the criterias needed

#

Unless someone actually successfully managed to use this for P5R on pc, lemmino. This code goes waaaaay over my head

I got it working

#

Don't know what I did different but I might have just been using it for other stuff

#

I didn't get the display working but I was just copying existing bustups

Oh really? were the position input fields enabled for you after importing the params and bustup directory?

#

Honestly just need that, the display is just a bonus

I think so

Retried it, after importing the param.data file, only the bustup bin files that exists have their input fields locked

#

Which kinds of defeats the point for a tool like this lol

#

But if you can recall anything that could help please let me know, the tool would be amazing if it worked properly

#

Ok im a fool

#

Turns out I was using the tool wrong

#

had to import the parameters

#

DONT import bustups

#

then edit positions

#

what a waste of an afternoon :)
