The more information you provide in your post, the easier it is for people to help you! chieheart

  1. Make sure you're in the correct forum, first of all.
"user-help" is for help USING Persona mods.
"modder-help" is for help MAKING Persona mods.

  2. Summarise your issue** as clearly as possible in the post title** and assign any/all appropriate tags so we can see what your post is about before opening it. Lazy titles like "Help with this error" or "Reloaded problem" are NOT sufficient!

  3. If you're seeing any error messages, include screenshots and/or logs so we can check them out!

  4. If your post relates to a guide you're trying to follow, let us know which one (link it) and tell us at which step you're encountering your issue.

  5. Tell us how you've tried to figure out the problem yourself. People are much more likely to help if you appear to have tried your best before creating a post.

  6. Don't forget to say "thank you" to the person helping (it goes a long way, trust me!).

  7. Finally, please don't delete or close your post once solved! Moderators will do this for you. Simply mark it as "Solved! ✅ " with the tag.

Moderators will typically close a thread after 30 days, regardless of status. If a thread has received no replies in that time, it will be deleted.

⚠️ Server staff have received numerous, recent reports of help request / commission scams similar to the below:

  1. You receive a DM from an unknown server member with a screenshot of a request you made.

  2. They ask if the request is still open and offer to complete it (eventually for a fee).

  3. If you accept, they take the money and disappear, leaving the request unfulfilled.

Stay safe, stay vigilant:

  • Don't trust unsolicited DMs: If someone you don't know messages you out of the blue with an offer, be wary.

For example, anyone can download and show a random model to give the impression that they're legit.

  • Are they an active server member or verified modder? Be very skeptical of people with zero post history here or without the "verified modder" server role.

  • Even for legitimate commissions, never pay the full amount up front: It's absolutely reasonable to withhold full payment until a request has been completely finished and delivered.

Lastly, if you've received any DMs like the above and haven't reported them to a moderator already, please do (with screenshot, ideally) so we can investigate and take action as needed. Thanks. naothumbsup
