#Blender Exported Meshes Became Glitchy

This is how it looks like when I imported the .gmo, and reexported it using Noesis, then reimporting it using P4GMOdelConverter 1.6. So I guess Noesis causing it is out of the question
Funny thing is, when I opened it using Noesis, everything is just as good as it is. This is how it looks like in Noesis. But try to export it to P4GMOdelConverter, it became like that. Ingame it's also like that but I cannot open the game right now because my GPU is being used for work.
