Probably a redundant question, but I'm actually becoming curious about giving these a try on my Lite, so I want to make sure so I can do proper research on modding a Lite if needed.

Youll need soldering in order to mod a Lite.

#

So I dont think its viable to do so unless you or someone you know knows how to do soldering.

#

Do you have a good PC?

Fair enough, last I remember hearing when I saw some video on modding the systems was that in needed a very expensive thing that I could just plug into the Lite unless I'm misremembering and that's the og switch.

My laptop is very meh, it's a general intel HP that likely wouldn't run p5r well if I bought it on steam. which is why i did switch first before anything else

It can run some games well enough, even modded, like p4g, but p5r is likely too much more higher quality

What are the specs?

Hell if I know, idk how to check that stuff. best example I have to tell you is it's not even minimum for P5S and whenever I did try to play it back at release, it chugged horribly and crashed whemever I left the sewer of the first prison

#

it feels like a close enough comparison for Royal's running potential

Damn

#

Sadly you cannot mod P5R.

Fair enough, thought I'd ask so I fully understood

Your only hope is to homebrew your Switch Lite and you need soldering.

yeah, which is not really in the cards for me, thanks for the help Harry
