It would be more balanced to receive 2–3 chest keys for completing a cup level instead of getting a chest directly. This would help reduce the current discrepancy between the number of chests and keys available in the game. (Theres is a exception with Legendary chest, because that is the only way you find it for now.
You can send the rewards to the player that already complete them.

It was possible to get legendary chest on grindhouse dungeons during playtest. They did that to make it more accessible during testing. The main way to get legendary chests it will be the ultimate rampage
